Well, I finally got around to posting. On the 20
th and the 21
st we cut up our bull meat. I accidentally cut myself twice but aside from that there weren't any injuries. Here are some pictures.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like you've got a real nice set up for meat processing! We'd like to either buy or build a band saw for butchering. It speeds up the pork chops!
